A Model for Working Environment Monitoring in Smart Manufacturing

The growing application of smart manufacturing systems and the expansion Industry 4.0 model have created a need for new teaching platforms education, rapid development, testing. This research addresses this with proposal working environment monitoring in manufacturing, based on emerging wireless sensor technologies message queuing telemetry transport (MQTT) protocol. In accordance proposed model, testing platform was developed. built open-source hardware software components. used validation within presented experimental environment. results showed that could be developed by mainly using components, which can then to simulate different scenarios, applications, target systems. Furthermore, stable functional proved applicable process prototyping, development targeted systems, as well student part engineering education process.
